Terms of Service

Who you're dealing with
VidGolf is a service operated by Roey Zvi Graif, Bareket 19, Zichron Ya'akov, Israel. You can reach us any time at support@vidgolf.com — a real person reads it. Using the service means you accept these terms.
The service
VidGolf lets you upload a golf swing video and returns the same video with the ball's estimated flight path drawn on it. The trail is a visual estimate for entertainment only. It is not a measurement of distance, speed, curve, or accuracy; it is not coaching, instruction, or medical advice; and you should not rely on it to make decisions of any kind. Accuracy is not guaranteed and traces can be wrong or fail entirely.
Most videos are processed automatically within a few minutes. Timings we quote are targets, not promises — occasionally a video takes longer or needs a look by hand.
Who may use it
You must be at least 16 to use VidGolf and at least 18 to make a purchase. If you're under 18, you may use the free service only with a parent or guardian's consent.
Your videos
You must own the videos you upload, or have permission to use them — including permission from anyone identifiable who appears in them, and from a parent or guardian if that's a child. You keep all rights to your videos. You grant us only the limited, temporary licence needed to store, process, and return them to you.
We will never publish, share, sell, or use your videos to promote VidGolf unless you separately give us permission for a specific video. See the privacy policy for exactly what we store and for how long.
Don't upload anything unlawful, infringing, sexual, violent, or unrelated to the purpose of the service. We may remove content and refuse or terminate service at our discretion, including for abuse of these terms. Uploads are deleted automatically after 7 days and traced videos after 90 days.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something processed through VidGolf infringes your copyright, email support@vidgolf.com with a description of the work, the material in question, and your contact details. We remove infringing material promptly.
Your safety
Golf is a physical activity. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of others when filming, swinging, and playing. Film from a safe position.
Purchases
Prices are shown at checkout in the currency indicated there. Purchases are sold and fulfilled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as merchant of record. Paddle is the seller for your transaction and handles payment, applicable taxes, invoicing, and refunds. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to that transaction alongside these terms. "VidGolf" or "Paddle" may appear on your statement.
Traced videos you buy are yours — the footage was yours to begin with. Use, post, and share them however you like. What you may not do is copy, resell, or reverse-engineer VidGolf itself, its software, or its branding.
Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which is part of these terms.
Right of withdrawal (EU / UK customers)
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because VidGolf delivers digital content immediately, at checkout you are asked to expressly request immediate performance and to acknowledge that doing so ends your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. If you would rather keep the 14-day right, simply don't start a trace and email us — we'll refund you in full. Our refund policy is more generous than the statutory minimum in most other respects, and nothing here affects your mandatory rights under the consumer law of your own country.
Fair use and availability
Uploads are rate-limited and capped in size and length. The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. We may update these terms — the current version always lives at this page. If a change materially affects you, we'll tell you before it takes effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept it.
No warranty, limited liability
The service and everything it produces are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sometimes a ball can't be found in a clip; you'll get your video back unchanged and it won't count against purchased videos. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including consumer rights you hold under the law of your own country.
Indemnity
If your content or your breach of these terms causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result.
Our property
The site, software, name, and design are ours. The licence above to your videos is the only right you grant us; the right to use the service for its intended purpose is the only right we grant you.
Disputes and governing law
If you have a problem, contact us first — most things are fixable with an email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute that can't be resolved informally belongs to the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings there. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
